Bill Cawston began his career in 1970 working for the CRA. Bill has over 50 years of experience dealing with the CRA both for the CRA and now, for tax payers. In 2008, Trevor joined and later, in 2011, Wendy, a former Canadian Income Tax Auditor and Financial Specialist joined the firm.

Bill says, one of the most common questions we get is, “Will we represent a client from Ontario?” and the answer is yes. We represent clients from across Canada. We offer services to some people who are forced in to bankruptcy due to tax debt.

We do Section 160 Transfers – this is when the debts of a corporation are transferred to another individual – often a family member.   The CRA must meet four criteria to enforce this section – we have been very successful in protection people who are receiving Section 160 notices from the CRA.
